About the Owner
Gaines Ranch on the Square is the fulfillment of a dream for Pat and Kristie Gaines, inspired by their family’s original Oklahoma homestead. Frequent visits to Wimberley to see their daughter Shelli led to the purchase of Cabins on the Square in 2017, and eventually to the development of Gaines Ranch in 2025—a new chapter in their family’s hospitality journey. With Shelli’s design vision and real estate experience, the Gaines family has created a space where guests feel truly welcome.

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
