Designed for wedding weekends, family gatherings, retreats, milestone celebrations, and groups traveling together, Gaines Ranch allows everyone to stay close while still having their own private space.

THE ACCOMMODATIONS

The property includes five private suites with their own bathrooms:

• Homestead — ground-floor ADA-accessible king suite with step-free entry and roll-in shower
• Cutter’s Quarters — spacious two-bedroom suite with two king bedrooms, two private en-suite bathrooms, shared living area, and queen sleeper sofa
• Lazy Spur — two-queen suite
• Corral — two-queen suite
• Rancher’s Rest — private king suite

Together, the property sleeps up to 18 guests.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, weekends, holidays, and local events. Peak pricing applies during high-demand periods such as festivals and holidays. Extended stays and midweek visits often offer better value. All pricing reflects the property's prime location directly on Wimberley Square and the convenience of walking everywhere.
