The property features five uniquely designed suites, each with its own private bathroom, modern finishes, and plush bedding with luxury Comphy® linens. Accommodations include a mix of king and queen suites, a spacious two-bedroom suite with a shared living area, and a ground-floor ADA-accessible king suite with step-free access — so everyone can stay close while keeping their own space.

Built in 2025, Gaines Ranch blends clean modern-western design with comfort and convenience: fresh interiors, Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee stations, and mini-refrigerators throughout. Free on-site parking is included, so you can arrive, park once, and explore downtown on foot.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates vary by season, weekends, holidays, and local events. Peak pricing applies during high-demand periods such as festivals and holidays. Extended stays and midweek visits often offer better value.
